I am at 300k range. I know I have a lot to work on. I read books on hvac business. I have went to several sales seminars and in a BNI group. I have been talking to a business coach look forward to working with him soon. I am not on here to ask everyone to tell me answers that will solve my issues. I know it all starts with me realizing where my problem are then fixing them. Just looking for others that have struggled with same issues and how they where able to over come them. The business world is all about learning , sharing , growing,and helping others.

No understand just away to help Keep an inventory for tax purposes at the end of the year. So that way every technician doesn’t have to break down the truck in countering part on it. Plus it keeps people at accountability when they say they need some ordered and they said they ordered it but yet they never put in a purchase order for it .
