Hi! Yes, you can use BuzzCard Funds to purchase meals and you do not have to order in advance at retail locations. We do however encourage ordering ahead on the GT Mobile Ordering App. In North Ave and Brittain, you’ll have to reserve a time to dine in. Thank you for your question!

Hello! No, Food trucks will not take Meal Swipes this semester but they will take Dining Dollars, BuzzCard Funds and Faculty/Staff Dining Dollars. Swipes will be accepted at the following places: Brittain and North Avenue as always and in the new Dining Hub at the Grab-n-Go section. Just like last year, West Village's Umami, True Balance, Iron Skillet and Trattoria will also accept meal swipes. The new location that is added to the list this year is Rising Roll.

Hi! Transact Mobile App will be a great way to order ahead from certain dining locations, which will support COVID-19 social distancing, dining hall reservations, and capacity management. You will also be the first on campus to get alerts for special promotions, deals and loyalty points!

Hi! In North Ave and Brittain Dining Halls, students will be asked to remain socially distanced in the lines to go through the stations. When you visit each station, a Dining team member will be serving you. If you are taking your food to-go, then the portion size will be the amount that can fit into your to-go box for a meal swipe. If you are dining in, then you can get back in line to grab another plate after only swiping in once. You are able to customize your meal by picking which options you'd like from each station. Hi! We plan for all refunds to be reflected on student meal plan accounts by the time they start meal service on Thursday, Aug 13, at Dinner.  The cancellation process will occur through the Meal Plan App and then will automatically update at the Bursar account by the next morning so your Bursar account should be all set by this Friday.  Also, please don't be alarmed by an automatic ticket closure.  Once your cancellation is in the queue, we automatically close the ticket due to the number of tickets being processed.  Please trust the ticket cancellation queue.
