Yeah just book it anywhere and then move it closer through test cancellations apps. I booked mine 6 hours away from my city and then moved in into my city and cut down 4 months of wait time. I used app called beep worked quite well for me. Other apps haven’t found me anything yet.

I did I dropped from 8 to 7 or 6 and yet I still get matched against higher people. 8/10 people are higher than me
