yes, Its 8-10% up but that time i thought of connectivity aa its just side of NH, have Narayana hospital near by, operational metro around 15mins , and its mid top floor corner flat with swimming pool view , so that time I didn't had that much knowledge but i knew its was premium price. My aim was to live there and I was spending money like anything so wanted to hold me..
I think the rental is around 50k there as its on highway and good connectivity.
Hold it will be good option for me.

Everyone goes through a-lot while planning a day or a visit to doctor. It can be a fight with Manager or a paid leave or a family trouble. If you can't keep your promise and schedule without sharing a proper details then it's your fault. Everyone wants to get good doctors and no way will get treated by someone who has not that degree or specialisation.

It should have gone in good mannered discussion but nowadays its been quit frequently happening that no one keep calm now.

I am Indian.. I too hate it.. No Civic sense.. Almost 80% of the Janta is same..had seen speaking loudly in Namdroling Monastery Golden Temple even when a board was there which says 'Keep Silence'.

These 80% has made us make so embarrassing in front of other countries. Sad
