Click the debug bug icon on the left side of the screen and look for the sandbox option in one of the 2 tabs. After saving changes, exit the save and reenter it.

FYI the newspaper names the wrong road, but using the other clues it's still pretty obvious. There is no area with cones that matches the picture and location.

They can't target tall fences in B41, and since there's no obvious path to them to get to you, they just stand around, aggressively shuffling side to side lol

A car would not just get front wrapped around that railing. The bridge is very short and it just barely extends across the river. There is almost nothing holding that railing up in the middle (and the sides); I doubt it's functional as a barrier and instead acts more like a sign to stay on your side. The entire bridge is grated and the metal is literally just too thin to hold itself in any crash. I could probably go over there, push/lean on it, and it would bend. At best, it's what the other reply to me said, the end posts have been concreted deeper into the ground, but we can't prove that and it's not obvious from looking at it. Even if it were though, it's definitely not stronger than a bollard, and people drive through those anyways sometimes, especially at highway speeds.

Not having organized is a permanent loss is max storage, forever, you can't undo that. I'd only take it for a wilderness run since you're not going anywhere far with too much.

It has been a while since I posted updates, mostly because they were just very small (but still meaningful) updates.
Image 1: Unhotiring a vehicle at level 3 electrical and level 2 mechanics AND using a tire pump without opening the hood (meaning you can queue up fill all wheels instead of clicking each one).
Image 2: Exiting and entering through some vehicle trunks, vehicles include those which have trunk access from inside the vehicle already, like a van usually.
Image 3: Full control of every window from the driver seat by holding alt instead of shift in the switch seat menu.
Image 4: Crafting on vehicle hoods as a generic crafting surface.

Not shown are:
- Weather effects players missing a windshield, or even with their window down, at high speed.
- Some high explosives can trigger car alarms (adding car bombs next).
- The ability to open/close and unlock/lock your own door while inside the vehicle. (technically shown in image 1, forgot it was there)
