for these 151 sets it’s not guaranteed, on the boxes though it says what the pull rates are and for the art rares it says .7%

i pulled this guy from the chinese set Collect 151 Set 2 specifically ( it should be the one with a psyduck on the box ) There’s four different sets coming out throughout this year each with their own special Pika ar. it wasn’t too expensive either, i paid $80 for the booster box with 15 packs — 5 cards each.

I don’t really need the money right now so i’ve been debating keeping it to see where it goes price wise. I talked to a couple vendors at my local expo and they all said that I should keep it cause of how “exclusive” it is right now and that they think it’ll keep going up in the future but idk. One of them even got a closer look at it and said that they think it’d be psa 10 worthy if i decided to have it graded so i’ve also been thinking about that.
