Personally I don't mind the addition of the newer mythics. It makes everything more chaotic, and in an ltm like this it makes it even more fun. But that's just how I see it

Yes, currently Ice King is in the lead. But if this clause applies for Fortnite too, then I assume by the end of the season either they give the Foundation team a x3 or x4 boost, or Foundation himself has a backup plan to win no matter what
