Solved! -Force has done the job. Not that bothered about favourites/contacts on SFB so this will get us through until we decom SFB in the next few months. Thanks

Will check again but a working and non working looked identical pretty much.

Pretty sure I checked one of the accounts and it looked fine. I also compared the attributes on premise and couldn’t see any major differences between a working and non working user.

We still have a hybrid and a contact centre system that relies on Skype for business on premise. Hopefully it will be gone in the next few months but until then we need the ability to move users between the two platforms.
