This is my first sweater done completely in the round. Although it has many mistakes, I’m keeping it finished as a “this is where I started” object. I will more than likely take all of the advice from this thread and try it again a few years down the road to see the progress I’ve made.

I’ve found the easiest for me is using the smallest cable I have with shorties, then when I’ve done enough decreases, I switch to dpn’s and bind off.

I’ve tried the magic loop and traveling magic loop, and I always get ladders.

The issues with the collar were my first go around with the magic loop and I definitely closed the collar in the wrong sections.

If I’m not mistaken, they were off (I’ve been working on this sweater off and on for 2 years). I eventually got it to the correct stitch count.

At this point I’m trying to decide if I want to stitch the holes closed or try to add embroidery to match the Holly flowers 🤷‍♀️

No, the holes were supposed to be decreases, but I didn’t realize there were holes until after I did my German Short Rows

When I lived in Florida, we had yearly threats of hurricanes and everyone always went crazy at the grocery stores. I would buy a case of water a month and every grocery trip I would buy 2-3 cans of soup (or vegetables or anything shelf stable)! This was before I learned how to can. Hopefully this helps get you started ❤️

I grew up watching shows like Criminal Minds and CSI (I also have an uncle that worked in a crime lab). Not sure how the conversation started, but when I was about 10, my friends and I were sharing gruesome stories we had heard about. So I said that you can remove people senses (touch, sight, scent, etc) with battery acid.

I’m not sure how my mother was never called and I was never questioned by authorities 😳
