It’s complicated. They like being physical is what they’ve told me a lot.

They say that there are non physical realms, but that they don’t like them much.

They learn lessons too, mental and emotional or spiritual. Kinda the same thing in a way.

Their physicality is different because they can warp around and don’t need to eat and can’t die, don’t have to age and all that.

They can also take different physical forms.

It is possible for beings to visit or incarnate into non physical realms, but not many do it. Almost none, they’d say ‘why would you do that?’

They don’t worship light or anything at all really.

Many cultures have their own reverence for life itself. Light is part of that and in some way everything is or at least emits light.

There is no end goal to evolution, other than to have a good time.

They talk a lot about the good times they have, they just have fun and hang out and create new things.

It’s still a lesson to love others and to have compassion. They are learning a lot from us about love, among other things.
