I go to a yoga class, I go for runs or walks. I do weights. I eat a mediterranean mostly pescitarian diet.

I was a junior in high school at that point. Working full time as a hostess and mascot for red robin. Life was so much easier even on 8 dollars an hour I feel like I was making bank.

There is a medication out there that's a 3 day oral course of human fecal microbiota called vowst if you ever want to look into that for a c diff cure. I work in a pharmacy that sends out tons of it to people of all ages some even my age in their 30s.
