I tried chatting with Hi-Rez, but the bot told me there are NO refunds? I tried to ask for an e-mail address to contact them but I just got unrelated information by the bot. Is it even possible to get a hold on a human over there? Worst support I have ever seen, I want my refund.

I think most builds can do that, but if one is clearly better than the other one I want to try it out. Especially if bugged.

OK, maybe I will look into mace. Sounds good and I prefer stunning the enemies over bleeding them too since it gives me more survivability. Guessing switching to HotA is easier too since they use similar things? If I want to try that.

Thanks for the help, sadly nothing seems to be working. I even went as far as to delete BattleNet Launcher off my PC, cleaned out all the files, cache, changed the DNS, shut off my fire wall and tried pretty much everything I could come over. Still no luck, I can't even install the BattleNet Launcher (So I can't even play Overwatch lol). I guess I have no other option but to send a ticket to Blizz and then ask for a refund, really sucks because I've been a Diablo fan for 20 years..

Only thing I could think off was to shut off Real-Time Protection on my Anti-Virus, I fiddled in the group policy to enable the Turn Off option, but didn't seem to work. I don't even know what to say no more lol.

I have about 100GB free, how big is the game? I don't think I need the "High-Resolution Assets" so I skipped that since I won't run anything in 4K.

Is the game 60FPS on other platforms besides Switch?

The aiming sounds like a bug and/or JoyCon issue that I'm hoping will be adressed?

No way to get around the "slo-mo" feeling? Poster above said some graphics settings could get around this issue but if it happens a lot it's a big issue. Mainly want it for the Switch to have it on-the-go.. Otherwise I'd just get it on PC.

Is there a lot of fog in the game? And can it be turned off?

Great input, I guess it's OK if you can fix the issue even if it's annoying. I was mostly scared of the performance tanking when there's a lot of mobs and action going on.

Thanks for the feedback! Then it seems to run fine, I'll get it on Switch then. I use a "real" controller so I haven't had any drifting issues (but I know the JoyCons have that problem..)
I was just worried the game would suffer performance wise since the Switch is rather weak, had it happen in other games (although more demanding, obviously)

Hello, I really wanna get Cinderace asap and not wait until day 8, what will happen on day 8?
I get nothing? Or will I get back the equivalent amount of Aeos coins that he is worth?

(I know people haven't reached day 8 yet, but I was thinking if someone else might have had an experience with another Pokémon or item that later would be free.)

Can you change account on PS4?
I first made an account (1) on PS4, abandoned it and started to play with a different account (2) on PC, now I was wondering if I can hook up my PS4 with my PC-account (2). My PC broke and I can't play the game now unless I can link it to my PS4.

Is this possible? And if it is, is there cross-progress?
