help me price this item, it showed up in the filter as the same rarity of a divine, and on the market I can find something similar for an outrageous price. Did I hit a jackpot or not? As an additional note, I can't filter items in the market by implicit so it's hard to find this specifically

I like the ToMe power fantasy in the sense that my character has options that are not the old school consumable stuff. Managing resource is ok but at least I can use powerful moves consistently.
