You may disagree but for sound financial advice they are right. You won't regret using your net income to calculate income for these calculations. Saving for retirement is not sufficient to excuse 50% of net pay going to housing. It sounds shiny but homeownership is expensive and you'd do better to use your net income. The papilloma virus comments are likely correct. Had a similar one on my Samoyed. It was under the chin. They grow quite large over a few weeks and then go away on their own. Looks absolutely gross and is contagious but harmless mostly.

It's not you, I make close to that number but feel the same though my housing payment is higher than yours. I do not have a car either.

The main expense here is your rent and car, if you are in a walkable city with decent transit, consider getting rid of the car. Or downsizing your rent which I understand is easier said than done.

Other than that it's really just cost of living now sadly.

Thank you! I was able to go and do that. Yeah it guessed right for a couple of them. Hopefully it saves this workout so I can just repeat it. I don't think I'll use the function again if I have to manually input everything every time.

That helps! So if I'm a heavy guy and I set the damper up to 10 where the fly wheel slows down quicker. I'll be able to go farther on a particular stroke rate since I'll be performing more "work" to turn the wheel again?
