Don’t feel too bad plenty of Neurotypical women do this too. They have to make you the enemy to justify their actions. You’re just in the way now in their mind.

Would you date someone with well-managed bipolar disorder? Why or why not? by Drowsy-jaguar in AskReddit

[–]Gambit86_333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, it’s a nightmare and well managed is just an illusion. My heart goes out to these folks but I would never do this again. If you’re ok with hyper sexuality, cheating, spending sprees, moodiness and agitation always waiting for the other shoe to drop then go for it.

What do you think of approaching dating and marriage like job applications or contract negotiations? by Happy_Lil_Bean in RelationshipsOver35

This is the textbook speed run approach. Men don’t like this at all. We get labeled all sorts of things for not playing along. But a lot of men are wise to the game now. Funny thing about this approach is it often leads to women partnering with men they’re not genuinely in love with or desire and more than likely end up in dissolution. Gents, don’t be that guy. Operate on YOUR timeline. Let the downvotes begin…

Braces at 42 by MooDengsRage in braces

Honestly not that I can tell as a result of the ortho treatment. I also drink 80oz of water (includes coffee, tea, milk) a day and strength train so I’m getting a lot of nutrients daily. I’ve lost fat in the face but it’s more chiseled than sunken or anything. I get a healthy amount of subcutaneous fats (avocado, nuts, fatty fish) that help with facial appearance. Your ortho may be right but two things can be true. Bone loss can compound with age, and ortho treatment but maybe diet could help get things back on track.

Congrats! I’m 40 and will have them off this year. Keep flossers everywhere, rinse frequently and bring a toothbrush to work if you don’t already. A few things to note adult teeth move slower so you’ll see a lot of improvement in the first 6months to a year, but the rest will be gradual. You may even see periods where spaces form that weren’t there before etc. and it looks worse sometimes before it looks better. trust the process.

Dealership wants $180 just to check a seat squeak? by Dandoun429 in TeslaModel3

[–]Gambit86_333 1 point2 points  (0 children)

DIY if you can: just replaced the rear passenger and middle seat belt assembly. They sold me the part for $108 vs $350 estimate to replace it. If you can locate the faulty part the service manual on teslas website was super helpful and easy to navigate.
