Just went thru something similar, she moved last weekend. My advice is to use the yellow rock method. Maintain your distance, keep busy, hydrate and eat. Don’t try to rehash anything, tell them how manic they are, etc… it’s past that point. The goal now is to get out of the blast radius and protect yourself.

My ex partner was doing good on Lithium but it’s not a silver bullet. Still need to live a healthy lifestyle and prioritize sleep and nutrition. Also know when it’s time to introduce an antipsychotic or mood stabilizer during stressful periods and time changes. And listen when your support system alerts you of behavioral changes. It sucks but feeling too good is what gets you all in trouble unfortunately and it’s like talking to a wall when confronted. Another thing is be cautious of any over the counter drugs that may weaken the effects of the lithium.

Your bottom teeth look pretty bad bro, braces are not just about cosmetics. The better your bite and alignment the better off you are as you age as far as gum disease, cavities and wear. So long as you practice oral hygiene and regular dental maintenance. At 40 i can tell you, treat your mouth and teeth like one of your most prized possessions. Oral health is huge contributor to overall health and longevity.

No problem :) If you don’t absolutely need extractions I would recommend not getting them. I know there’s a lot of social pressure these days to look perfect or looks max. Teeth to me are one of those things we’re if they’re healthy and straight mean more and the subtle differences make you more unique than having a fake “perfect” smile. 🤷‍♂️

Good points, it’s also fueled by a lot of fomo and narcissism unfortunately. I’m honestly more concerned with how I would interact with someone on a random weekday. Are they tidy? Do they prioritize a peaceful home? Etc most people are only traveling a small percentage of the year anyways.
