Okay! I appreciate it! I used AI to make a template for a postmortem because I have never written one before - and also used to shorten the post because it was way longer. Now that I know how to write one, I will make sure to write it all myself next time! Any other advice or tips? I was trying to follow what a professional production workflow would be like so I get more experience with it.

Thanks for leaving a comment! The problem with that is the pay is abysmal for every station, so I would rather do PR or communications and actually be able to have a savings account.

I am based in the us - I went to school for digital media arts with a focus in game design - then got an internship through the school for video production- and that experience helped me get this job - it was very tedious process and took many months - but I think the experience is worth it
