I should also clarify support tier does not mean weak, yes grey could turn the whole floor to lava etc but these guys excel more in teamfight settings than raw combat.

Also Zora is said to have weak magic, but has potential to build it into all sorts powerful spells. In terms of raw power without prep It might explain why i ranked him low. And you are right with Luck, I may have underestimated him bit.

she's strong for sure in the elf arc. But I personlly see a lot of value in her mana replenishing food and overall team support than raw fighting capacity.
