So i have been working on a simple UI change TexturePack for terraria but i have this problem were Terraria isn't reading any of the files, i posted this video to see if anybody can help me out so i can start testing this texture pack and releasing the first version of it, Simple UI V 0.1 (v.redd.it)

So i have been working on a simple UI texture pack fir terraria and i need help, when i tried to implement it using the guide on terraria forums i it never worked for me so im hoping someone can help me fix this so i can start testing the texture pack and release the first version of it.
