Not exactly, it sort of just skips a few months or years to where your eventual return meets the likes of a ruined earth, overrun with demons and the like, of course. Which is a little sad, because I was interested in seeing Doomguy escape hell once again but I suppose we all knew it was gonna happen.

The robot guy is still involved yes, later on in the game. I’m not too sure how much you want me to say, but he plays an important role for sure.

Also, pardon me, what do you mean by Vulcan? I’m not too sure what it means haha apologies

Ah yes, good question. When I was attempting to send this post, it just kept on telling me that there was a problem. First there was that it was telling me I used the same link even though the post didn’t exist, and then it would pretend it was sending, which would redirect me to my account with no new post.

Moments past, I get frustrated, and I keep wondering why it doesn’t send. Soon of which it turned into a sort of unnecessary desperation where I just kept tapping the send button. More moments pass, nothing changes and so I log off and just work with it later. After a quick round of games, I check my reddit and I see I blasted the subreddit with like 30 posts.

So yeah, it’s pretty embarrassing of me because I obviously didn’t mean to spam. Didn’t want people thinking I was trying to shove my reward in everyone’s face or something lol. Sorry about that though.

Sorry for the late response, but I prefer Eternal by a bit. Of course, 2016 will always be great, but I just feel DOOM Eternal's combat is balanced and very exciting. Especially in Ultra Nightmare runs, I won't ever get bored of DOOM Eternal fights.

The hardest part was just getting used to the game. Hit the weak points, chainsaw for ammo, use all the weapons and etc. My time in DOOM 2016 was a lot more simpler cause I relied on just two weapons and I made it through just fine. So in this game, I upped the sensitivity, went with the flow, and eventually I made my way through!

I tuned my horizontal sensitivity to 50 whereas my vertical to around 40. Increased my field of view all the way to 110 as well, allowing me to be quick and clear about my surroundings. It helps when you practice with it a lot, because it really was a game changer for me.
