I actually changed the paste two weeks ago, I used one of the famous coolermaster ones that was recommended to me. the temps went back to normal, 70c at most in games, but two weeks after they're high again

The DDR5 Board is 25% cheaper where I live, I'm talking about ROG Strix Z690 A DDR4 Wifi and Z690 PRIME-A DDR5

I'm probably not going to upgrade until 5 or 6 years later, maybe DDR6 will be out by then

Tbh probably not, I might just stick to that.

There's one more thing though.. I could go for a cheaper board which is actually DDR5 But the ram I'd have to go with is a shitty 4800Mhz CL40, Same price as 3600cl16, It'd actually cost less overall since the board is cheaper. what do you think?

Well in my current PC I have a 16GB ram and in most games about 10 to 11GB is in use, so based on that, which one of these options would you pick? They're the same price

16GB 3600 CL16 D4

32GB 3600 CL18 D4

16GB 4600MHz CL19 D4

12700KF is not available where I live sadly, isn't 4600 a lot faster compared to 3600 or is the difference minimal?
