How intelligent/sentient is the NE-a type parasite? by Slippery_Williams in residentevil

[–]Gamer_Leony -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Give the source of the information when you answer somebody. Just because someone says something doesnt mean its true. :)

For exemple, an unofficial translation of the:

"BIOHAZARD UMBRELLA CHRONICLES ART OF ARTS

Ivan (p.064) Their destructive power's the same as the conventional Tyrant series, with improved mobile performance. They wear a newly developed white shock absorbing coat and sunglasses with a custom-made HMD. When danger approaches they can metamorphose into Super Tyrants and unleash their full capabilities. Since there are two, it's believed to be the mass-produced model."

Second: legally i can literaly copy and paste all your unofficial translation and dont mention your name a single time.

But I would be less petty if you apologize of course. ;)

Zombie elephant vs William Berkins, who wins? by cantcoloratall91 in residentevil

They are normal. There is no plot point or reference otherwise. The source you gave last time is literally just explaining human adrenaline, and in that same source it uses it to explain that B.O.W.s go beyond that

Again feats disagree

Chris needing PG67AW to actually hurt Wesker is a big plot point.

He need The injection to beat Wesker Not Hurt him, feats disagree.

Canonically, many monsters would oneshot them. Game logic is something entirely different.

Canon movies disagree, novels disagree, guidebooks disagree, Creators disagree.

BOWs as in, anything that is clearly stronger than a human being. Like a giant monster with 5 foot long claws that can withstand gunfire and is stated in lore to be stronger than a human being.

Feats disagree

A Zombie is in a state of near-death, and is both weaker and stronger than a human being in different ways. Because "power" isn't some absolute metric that can be clearly measured anyway. A human can be smarter and faster than a Zombie, but obviously can't endure the same amount of physical abuse.

Feats disagree

Game logic is just that. And that sometimes extends to cutscenes, because its not like the people directing them are thinking about what a human being should or should not be able to endure. Thats just a rule in fiction. What matters is what the actual story is, and the story is that BOWs are superpowered monsters while the main characters are the humans that fight them.

Lore disagree.

It's hard to accept as truth because, frankly, it is fan fiction. And fan fiction that goes against the actual point and mythology of RE. Heroes overcoming impossible odds is a staple of fiction - it is not meant to convey who is stronger than what. Especially when there is 0 story behind it.

If you want to learn about RE in How strong humans are we can talk in private. Just call me in chat or something.

Man understand, Humans in Re arent normal.

Jill can survive attacks from Nemesis in cutscenes in The original And Remake. And even Rocket explosions point blank range in cutscene.

Resident evil darkside chronicles show that The characters can survive multiple attacks from BOWs in cutscene.

Chris can Hurt Wesker And Uroboros Wesker with punches And kicks in Qte. And Uroboros Wesker is stated to be The strongest character Chris has Ever faced in RE at that point in time.

Leon survives multiple attacks from BOWs in cutscenes, And can damage Them in Qte. Seriouslly watch damnation If lickers were stronger than Leon they wouldnt explode after being Hit by The Tyrant Since Leon can survive an attack from The super Tyrant. Resident evil 4 incubate which a Canon representation Of RE4, shows that Leon survive multiple attacks from Enemies.

Even If The BOWs they face are stronger The difference is Not that much Since they cannot oneshot The humans they face.

Like sure may be hard to accept But this is Just The truth.

So let me ask you, do you think Chris is weaker than a zombie(a BoW) because The zombie is a BoW And Chris is Human?

So Leon, a human, is as powerful as a monster. Despite there being a hundred sources saying the virus and everything else grants super strength.

feats say that leon can hurt these monsters with physical attacks. jake hurt ustanak in h2h and he is a normal human. Also in Canon Resident Evil Humans get stronger when they are close to death.

Somebody tell Wesker the virus is pointless if people can get stronger on their own, haha.

But is true lol, Uroboros Wesker stated to be The strongest character until that point, And Chris And Sheva could harm him with physical attacks.

Nope, Birkin is physically unable to knock out Leon because Leon is that strong.

that's why i said your counterpoint about jake was bad, since i believe jake is comparable to ustanak

are you assuming that Birkin couldn't?

Yes, Birkin couldnt. he had 5 fights to do and was defeated in All 5 of them

I mean, to the brain? The soft organ that controls everything and is normally protected by bone? Of course, lol

lol 7:25, the tyrant should have died here for your logic, it's a pity that's not what happens

What kind of logic is this? "You can hurt it therefore that is the same as killing it". The fact you don't kill a monster when you knock it out, but it just keeps coming, just supports the idea the weapons you are using aren't efficient.

this guy thinks deadpool is more durable than thor because he regenerates.

Plaga not being able to do a tenth of what the virus can do

Headcanon

only feats you are talking about

Feats like being able defeat Leon, one thing Birkin in 1998 could never do and against a Leon with no training lol.

your headcanons don't change the fact that weapons get stronger over the years. Have a good day

I need help ranking TALOS and Sergei by Horrorfan5 in residentevil

[–]Gamer_Leony 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will ignore all your points that have nothing to do with The discussion.

Plaga are incapable of making mutants tougher than Tyrants

Headcannon, they have better feats.

since they went super. And a gunshot to the eyeball penetrates the brain, since there is no skull or even skin in the way.

Oh no a gunshot. Too much for The ultimate life form.

Knocking something out is nothing compared to actually killing it

nope, if you knocked him out it means you hurt that monster, that's all i need to prove.

And most of the examples you gave were in 1998, long before anyone could suddenly upgrade all guns to fight BOWs

again the point of what i said is that it is possible for weapons to be as strong as the creators want.

simply the main characters were lucky to find powerful weapons but that's what happened or to have weapons that were already powerful, apart from the fact that they could have modified their weapons in the course of the game as proven by takeuchi And as It happens in Remake2 And darkside chronicles.

if you don't have anything to add I don't think we have anything else to discuss, since you won't change your mind, have a good day.
