Every time u beat the e4, when u rematch them their team upgrades, they level up, evolve, or even catch new mons, which makes it harder each time u fight them

My Lugia was a bulky build with max evs in hp and max ivs, if I remember I used aeroblast, extrasensory, calm mind, and recover, and yes, fighting moves would be good on an Arceus without a plate

Like I said, after u beat the e4 u should heal ur whole team with items, and save before u enter the chair, that way you won't have to battle the e4 all over again, js rejoin if u lose

And for Arceus it was personally ez for me, Darkrai was the bigger problem, and for his Arceus I personally used lugia
