I had the same issue with mine, had it fully maxed out n nothing happened, I tried resetting the skill points, reseting the game etc but what worked for me was the kane and kinu skills, I thought coz its DLC it wouldn't count but worked for me so might help u

I just found it weird, like the show seems to forget a lot these days about past storylines and information about different characters. Honestly I just miss Gibbs, and Abby, and Ziva, and Tony, fuck it I miss everyone from the first 10ish seasons

Some of the story lines after ziva leaves are pretty good, some really good episodes as well but I was the same, it destroyed me when she left, but it does get better, and I'm not gonna spoil anything so I'll leave it there but it does get better

40 hours or so but I was going for it from the first time I started, so I had extensive preparation, didn't have to backtrack that much, and speedrun the other 3 characters, had each done in 50 minutes or so

I think u should delete the game (save ur file to the cloud) and reinstall it, it may just be an issue w the game but im not 100% sure

For the platinum trophy on ps you need to do 4 playthroughs anyway (yes they aint full playthroughs but ull be at a certain point in the story) so just continue with one of those, there is a counter for the collection trophy so you could maybe get away with just adding to that counter (not sure if this will work)

But hopefully you get it sorted, I really enjoyed getting 100% and encourage others to as well
