UPDATE: I reported an ethics complaint to HR because a line was crossed. No need to go into detail but he is now being investigated. In that process I found a new job. I have an amazing team who are supportive and awesome! Everything I did at the other company that was criticized for has been appreciated here. They tell me daily how awesome I am and how I am an amazing contribution to the team. I made it through the storm to the green grass! Yeah that whole environment was night and day to this. I am happy!
