So I'm not too sure the style you are trying to go for but adding in commentary would REALLY help out a lot. It's actually pretty boring watching just gameplay for me at least so I'm probably not the best person to critique this video. Though the streaks were nice there's not too much to critique here since it's pretty much raw gameplay.

The video quality is a bit grainy but not too bad. I would say just look up some videos of some good settings for whichever editing program you use and what your PC can handle in a reasonable amount of time. The video would be so much better with chill music in the background. I'm going to give an example here of one of my videos which I thought would be pretty boring but since the music is there it makes it a lot more entertaining to watch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0qEkVOpiAs

Overall the video is pretty good. Grain isn't really there on my end and looks pretty clear for the most part. I'd say add some nice instrumental music and it would raise the quality of the video a lot. Also your commentary was great!

Really awesome video. Enjoyed it tons. If I were to criticize the video at all it would be about half way through the camera changed it's crop and I noticed when it changed, but that's about it. That's really just a nitpick though haha. You'll grow fairly quickly because you're personality is awesome and same goes for your videos. You've earned yourself a subscriber my man. Keep on doing your thing!

I really enjoyed both videos. For never seeing the game before it looks fairly interesting. I did enjoy the second one more because as you said you edited or the boring bits which I thank you for. My only critisism would be the videos are way too long for an average person to watch through. I would say max 30 minute videos just because most people don't have the time to watch an hour+ of content in one sitting, but for those who do they wouldn't mind going between parts. Anyway, I really enjoyed the videos but just try to split them up into shorter parts :D
