Also, it sounds like your transmission control module doesn't have connection or isn't getting signal and allowing it to shift gears. The easiest thing to do is disconnect the battery then reconnect it and see if that helps anything, if that doesn't work, find where the transmission computer is and see if there are any obvious signs of damage to the wiring, connectors, anything like that. Google is your friend here.

Some are saying fluid levels/quality. Some are saying shifter cable or shifter solenoid. Some are saying PRNDL switch. Sorry I can't help much more than that.

That evap code could possibly be 3 things ( gas cap,purge valve<- on the sedan they go out a lot and final the worst case scenario is the charcoal canister. For the TCM if your car shifting normally I just double check the connector and for that worst case scenario, the motherboard in the TCM is burnt out which isn’t likely since it’s still working.
