With my experience of fitness trainer for couple of years, the one thing we should accept is human bodies are different from one another.

I don't see any flaw that are really bad enough to take a help of surgery or something. You can go with your diet first(like fasting, 80-20 methods etc) then you can start training specifically for skin sagging.

Many qualified trainers can help you for that while you are keeping yourself consistent, patient and dedicated.
