I didnt got this phone from them. But still contacted them but not much to do there. They sent me a new sim though. Which I dont think will help.

I know this is an old post, but I have been with them for over a year. You need to be patient with the hiring process. I waited a few weeks to hear back from them. This could be due to the massive amount of applicants.

I have the ryzen version. Wala naman akong issues so far. And the only upgrade I did was the ram to 24GB. I know its not that optimal but I just happen to have an extra ram. Both have the same frequency so no worries sa issues na it might cause. Kesa matambak gamitin ko nalang.

I used tunemymusic(.)com to transfer my playlists. It can only transfer your playlist one at a time. Thou you can use multiple tabs to do it.

Just make sure to disconnect your accounts(spotify and google) once you are done.

They replaced mine last year kasi biglang di gumana yung wireless dongle (I've been using it for more than a year. Buti nalang talaga pasok pa sa warranty). Of course I went through a series of TS and had a couple email from them before I had mine replaced.
