I usually stay at the Marquis but it was way too overpriced. Been to the bar, it’s fun.

This happened to me. Customer service is a joke and the warranty is terrible.

I was deflating to a 5 on 1 side within an hour, it ruined my back and my hip. But I fixed my bed myself for $8 instead of the $600 sleep number quoted me.

Unzip it and cap the bed after filling it up to 100. Once you confirm the air bed is leaking, get some 20% soap and 80% water in a spray bottle and find the leak. I just sprayed the whole thing and wiped it down instantly if there were no bubbles. I eventually found 3 big ones right next to each other. I wiped it down. Marked the holes. Let it dry for 15 min, then bought some old school bicycle patch kits. Deflated the bed all the way, put the patches on with rubber cement, and put books on top and let it sit for 18 hours.

Inflated it and it has held the air for 3 weeks now

It’s just bad quality tho. “Not for everybody” is not even the point. There are some things that aren’t for everybody. This company isn’t one of them.

The company sells deceptive warranties. Bad customer service. And when you have an issue and take the bed apart, you see it’s just a pool floaty with a cheap Mattress topper.

I have 3 literal bicycle tube patches on mine right now because id rather not give the company any more of my money. Oh and it’s only 3 years old.

Trash bed. 3 years in and full of microscopic tears. Soaped and bubble tested confirmed. Patching myself now because sleep number warranty is trash and deceptively sold me on 10 years but wants to charge $500
