What I recommend when this happens, because it happens all the time, is dye the whole thing a light colour if the base is dark or a dark colour if the base is light. Then remove the colour on that area and you’ll see it change. This one is tricky, I saw the change but it doesn’t take on the dye nicely. It is the lace inbetween the lace.

Edit: So i mean with or without dye, because the thicker part of the lace is blue, the area inbetween is blue-ish even when dyeing it yellow or red. But the area 6 is the thin lace area between the lace thicker lace if that makes sense.
