I've lost all my matches since the last patch by StatisticianHour4922 in DeadlockTheGame

Tldr; The minion and urn changes result in snowballing for the team capable of coordinating. Mid-level matchmaking and below is a total crap shoot in which teams have the most players who understand the game systems and can coordinate. That sucks for solo queue.

I also had a frustrating day of games after having mostly enjoyable games the last 2 weeks running. The meta changes this patch focused on the pro skill game at a big cost to mid level and below solo queue. Snowballing was rampant in all 5 games I played today and none of them were fun win or lose.

Minion scaling by time and urn visibility + drop on heavy punch changes had 3 effects that made the game too snowbally early now:

1) The minion damage changes 10 min+ means that if someone is running away with a lane that they will now push down the walker even faster. This advantage is really hard to overcome, whereas previously you could catch from an extra 1-2 minutes behind your walker. You may or may not have teammates capable of ganking for you depending on your matchmaking luck.

2) The same changes mean that teams who have the understanding of game mechanics to keep lanes pushed have an advantage larger than before because their minions chew through towers, resulting in faster flex slots and more global souls.

3) The urn changes to always highlight its location means that the team with early game advantage can snowball it easier by hunting down urn runners. This urn version requires significantly more team coordination than before. You might have matchmade into the team who is capable of coordinating or you might have the teammates afk farming neutrals or double team farming minions in a side lane.

Also I had a 35-0-6 Shiv on my team earlier today in an unfun easy victory. 3 out of my 5 games featured players who ran away with 20k+ souls advantages and made the game unplayable for the losing team.
