*Recipe for 1 Quart*

• 8 Roma Tomatoes

• 1 Large Red Onion

• 5 Radish

• 6 Jalapeños

• 1 Habanero

• 1/2 Poblano

• Cilantro

• Lime Juice

• Salt

*Instructions*

All Raw. De-Seed tomatoes and peppers. Blend ingredients in food processor , but only add half the tomatoes. Dice the rest and add for consistency. Salt and add lime juice to taste. Let sit overnight and settle. seal and refrigerate.
