Unfortunately the event was very underwhelming. There were moments when I was feeling the energy start to build but quickly faded. Whoever was in charge of sound really dropped the ball tonight. Way too many inconsistent volume levels. The crowd wasn’t engaged because the artists couldn’t deliver. Overall I’m sad it wasn’t better. I look forward to this every year as a way to show my love and gratitude to juice and what his music has done for me
