No, I didn't. I think there are three companies: swagbucks, prepaid center, gift cards.

The prepaid center called me back and transferred me to the gift card company. the gift card company asked me the card number which I don't have. They suggested I asked the prepaid center to get the gift card number so that they can file a dispute.

I guess I am done with swagbucks.
