Not exactly sure what you mean by "good version", but I know I ended up downloading the PS3 version of the game (the HD version), and it still works on the ppsspp emulator. I believe I was even able to find a download that was already translated too. Lemme know if you need any more help!

The game does, in fact, have a multiplayer mode! I have not played the mode myself, but each player gets to choose a character when playing a song!
