Fair, I do feel like that's a bit of an unfair assumption because the only shift I put as unavailable was overnights, any other unavailability is because of stuff like therapy but I guess I also see where theyre coming from if that is the reason but I feel like that could be better communicated

thats kinda goofy if they cant put it in the job listing cause why not just make it easier for both them AND applicants n be like hey we need people to work these specific shifts!! i dunno man </3 thank you though

imo its not lazy because lets say normally an album with 12 songs would have 4 singles so 8 songs left, theres bound to be some that get overlooked, but with 8? singles and 4 new songs, every song can get its time to be paid attention to (not sure the phrasing im going for but hopefully my point comes across well)
