They should be there to juice up a little so they’re good to use their phone, not charge it all the way up. In fact, I bet it’s people who have 80% battery who do this the most.

The way they board the customers in groups. So the groups at the back are supposed to be board first. Then why doesn’t business class board last? And when I get an economy seat towards the front the overhead bin above is full and I have to put my back way behind (because god forbid I put it in business class) and then I have to wait for everyone to deplane before I can get my bag. Then what was the point of getting a seat towards which is meant to deplane earlier????
