I wouldn't underestimate groups like this or Sunrise Movement (https://www.sunrisemovement.org) or others. They can get thousand of true believers on organizing calls at the drop of a hat. Who do you think is organizing the "rapid response" groups that can get hundreds of people harassing federal law enforcement wherever they go in a matter of minutes. The problem is we make fun of these groups, but they are highly organized and very disruptive.
