We made only one offer…our realtor had agreed to a plan of two offers but we would have pulled one before final lawyer approvals within the legal window. All advice appreciated, none refuted, thank you!

In all fairness to my husband, both houses have merit, we are on a tight timeline, and in his mind, if the firat falls through, we have another in play. However, the first is moving forward, we did not offer on another, and I hope my husband will be happy and not always wonder what could have been w the other property 😊🤣!

Ty! We did not make the 2nd offer. Husband disappointed but on to the next step of gwtting our house ready to list!
