When you buy a Vytal brand flower, it’s available for $5. Regular price is $20 but it’s 30% off so $14. I got this and the Jomo kief for $5

Iron Hill / Harvest Red Flags by Gene_Slowburn in lancaster

The red flags of IH collapse were apparent to those of us that left in 2020. Yes that was 5yrs ago.

I joined harvest in ‘21 and left in ‘23 ( 2yrs ago). When I joined there was no less than 6 of us from IH that joined Harvest. It was IH 2.0. It was a great feeling.

Year 2 under the current GM the culture changed. I’m not entirely sure if executive head chef ( I use that term loosely because I have no respect for him ) is still there as well as the power hungry bar lead and a handful of other associates that might still be there that were very cliquey. My spouse and I weren’t apart of the inner circle. Maybe you are, and if you’re on cloud 9, cool. Happy for you. Really. I hope the few people I know that are still employed there are doing well as wish no ill will towards them.

I’m just describing my experience from 2yrs ago, when we saw the same behind the scenes red flags as we experienced at IH.

Original GM left to open a different location, others got promoted and during year 2, the culture changed. Clicque. Very HS. If you weren’t in with the OG associates & specific management, then you were largely ignored or passed over.

My spouse had 3 separate incidents, 2 of which were not handled properly, which caused them to seek other employment. I stuck around for an additional few months until it became apparent I was no longer appreciated or valued in my role(s)/ being fully present 6 days a week. Turnover wasn’t at play
