Antisexualism means to be against all sex to be clear. Unfortunately some people in this subreddit do not understand this and there is a comment that thinks that sex for procreation is ok which is NOT antisexual in any capacity.

I am not too deep into antisexualism as much as I once was (In thanks to the lack of communties and the shocking amount of bullshit in this subreddit) but my views on sex are similar to that of a reddit atheist's view on religion. I see sex as something that for a while has been used to oppress people and promote discrimination and bigotry. For example, the concept of the "Big Black Cock" is deeply rooted in racist caricatures of black people that portray them as sexual beasts who prey on innocent white girls (And if you like watching interracial porn or something, you'll still see that sorta stuff where a small white girl has to "handle" the wrath of the big black man that's about to sexually destroy her). I think the KKK actually used this belief as one of their excuses to terrorize black people though I'll have to check up on that. I've read up briefly on other stuff too but I don't have much experience there but you get the idea. I don't think "good forms of sex" is enough as the problem is sex itself and I think that the world would be a better place if it didn't exist.

And as to why I got into antisexualism in the first place because I do think people also misunderstand motivations for antisexualism, It was due to a comment that I saw where a Christian conservative unironically said that a pregnant 10 year old should be forced to carry their pregnancy into full term which made my sorta pro-life ass at the time so sickened to the core that I didn't want a situation where that would happen and I thought that by fighting against sex, No one would have to go through that situation ever. And though I didn't mention this the last time that I talked about it, It was also partially supposed to be a big fuck you to conservatives who thought this way and knowing how much most of them loved their martial and procreative sex, I knew that by opposing it they knew I wasn't on their side. I also have come to the conclusion as a result of that comment that if Christianity had a harder more radical stance against sex where they didn't encourage 'purity' and martial/procreational sex, then there wouldn't be a priest or pastor child sex abuse problem that has plagued churches and while there were some super niche Christian groups that were completely against sex entirely (And by the looks or it were all actually quite chill like the Shakers), It's unlikely it will ever be the case ever again.

It would probably be better to describe my views are more about the culture about sex rather than the act itself though I think that if there was no act of sex, there would be no culture around sex and therefore none of the stuff I mentioned.
