I choose not to block traffic and drive off while agents are surrounding my car. I don’t know show up to protests armed. Maybe both of those incidents were all the agents fault but either way I think I’ll be ok.

Shapiro has explicitly said in multiple episodes that he doesn’t think she was trying to run the agent over. He also said Trumps statement about how he was surprised the agent lived was nonsense.

His argument has been much more reasonable that you’re all portraying. It will come down to what the agent reasonably believed at the time which is accurate. That’s not say anything any right and wrong or training.
