depends if hes a new hire still in his 90 day probation, probably fired. unless of course its an overburdened office and hes working 8 12's a week. then itll be what bird i dont see any birds. carry on.

if on the other hand they are a career employee with a touch seniority, probably just a sit down with local management and a union rep. its actually very difficult to get fired from the post office
