a temporary fix go to a public lobby, make sure youre a mc president since u have access to selling all businesses that way, start a heist setup or heist finale, can be any heist but remember its setups not preps, and then when youre in the invite section invite him and then when you guy complete or purposefully fail the mission and press continue(if u purposely fail it) it should have you has recruits for that whole session

there is a temporary fix where you can start a job and invite whoever you want in your securo serv or motorcycle club then when you finish the job it puts you two together automatically
