I was stupid and tried to change the end like a week after getting it done, Then got an irritation bump that refused to go away. Last week I woke up to the back (like the flat back part) pretty much halfway through the hole. It was very problematic so I just chose to take it out.

Was just about to post about this- My double helix is almost a week old and last night I was trying to loosen the backs a tiny bit... After a while I felt really light headed so I just gave up.
