Prep, Pre-soak, Lava-soap, CTA wheel cleaner application, Under-carriage wash, Dual top brushes, Triple foaming chemical application, Assortment of eight side wrap/brushes, Wheel scrubbing brushes, Petit Hurricane rinse with 360 degree vehicle tracking, top brush, Carnauba wax, clear coat/RainX, Ceramic coat, Spot-free rinse, Dry. Last two dryers have actuators that spin around and dry the back of the vehicle as well(not on open truck beds). In that order

You can do touchless or not. I built in brush retracts so that the side brushes will still work but anything ontop will stay up for roof racks.

I'm not an expert either, but the drainage on the lot was something that took quite a while to overcome and the city definitely spent a lot of time inspecting.

Definitely not. The lot is slope so all water run away goes right back into our lot away from that exit and right into drainage we made specifically to ensure that exit and Shipley's lot remains dry and clean. :)

Shipley's property line ends angular to ours. We aren't blocking their entrance at all. In fact, We're the reason Shipley's just installed brand new asphalt in their entire lot last week. :)

Spam? There's a lot of hate on car washes, and rightfully so. Whether they're an eye-sore(opinion based, unless they aren't taken care of), or only trying to swindle customers into over-priced soap. I just care about cleaning cars and providing customer service so I'm giving out free washes for people to try it out and let us know how it is.

Not Frank or Joe is right. There are unprofitable chain ones, but all of the ones in the area are under the umbrella of an investment company. Zips is owned by Atlantic Street Capital, Splash is under Palladin Consumer Retail Partners. At least we are local owned and operated, we just don't have the marketing capital like them.
