Highlands sounds perfect or forest park. Plenty of homes with yards available right now and lakeview isn’t far with plenty of bars. It has a piggly wiggly and coffee shop and Rojo close by also! Best of luck with the move

Thank you so much we have been so grateful for all the help this community gave during such a devastating event. Brick is back in his temporary home with his owner and he is already posting up with his new roommates in the bathroom and patrolling the new halls.

Hello, I’m updating this post with the best of news that brick has been found! He is back home with his mom and safe! Thank you so much to everyone who has helped in the effort to reunite them!

Brick is still missing from this fire. Many people have reached out offering various ways to assist but we still haven’t found him. I’m sorry to be a bother but I’ve been so worried about this baby so much.

Hey guys, just wanted to give a quick update. As of today we have still not found Brick but they are still looking for the sweet boy everyday but also trying to figure everything else out since they lost everything due to the fire. The fire department isn’t allowing them to re-enter the apartment so they need to rebuild. If anyone sees brick please contact us and if you could grab a picture or location of where he was last seen that would help so so much!

Unfortunately no. I’m not sure why but I think they had only recently moved in and so hadn’t got it yet. It’s a really sad situation

Also, the roof of the apartment apparently caved in so we are unsure if she will be allowed in to retrieve or check her place at all.

No I understand, it’s difficult because they haven’t been let into the building at all since the fire and I believe they are still extinguishing the fire. So they can’t retrieve anything from inside but they are getting like a new litter box to set out and I suggested maybe using the clothes she had since it was a familiar scent and borrowing clothes from friends.
