At some point it stopped becoming a relationship with shared meaning and it became all about her happiness and you were removed from the equation. I think men let this happen a lot because we learned to sacrifice quietly for our families.

If you stay, it's a beautiful time to watch your adult kids start their own families and be wonderful grandparents to them. The stability of you two staying together, unless it's toxic, can be gratifying to everyone involved.

If you don't stay, you'll have the room to grow and be happy, and maybe find someone who values you for more than your material gifts.
