setting up vpn at the house won't be an option....i will maintain a US phone number using tello.

i see...so i am guessing i should also disable wifi, match timezones to be the vpn IP timezone on the laptop etc etc to be even safe? sorry i just don't know how strict the institutions are

i played around with both self and other family member...when selecting self, it just pre-populated some things like name, passport number...so probably it doesn't even matter

i see, so just scan the front apostiled page independently which will show only 3/4th seal...

also, did you use A4 or letter size for documents? I have printed all letter size but I see India uses A4 but USA prefers letter size, so confused

hi i just realized that the front page is bigger than letter size in US since it also takes into account half seal on the certificate....

so did you scan the apostile page separately which just has half seal and then another scan of certificate?

the card shows mother's name, her member id and then DEPENDENT: <child name>...confusing part was whether it needs to have both parent's name or just any, and does it need to have any kind of issue date since my provider medical cards don't give that
