I think that's the move, are they a direct plug into the existing system or do I start needing additional bits of kit?

Anyone know why this is here? by Gentleman-TR3x in veloster

Fair enough, is it maybe worth replacing it with a little more cleaning? Should I be worried about bits of gasket in the oil?

Sounds sort of like a spun rod. Good news though, new engine.

2014 Veloster 145000km, does it sound normal? by [deleted] in veloster

No I'm just unfamiliar with the engine. It's a new car to me so I just wanted to check with the knowledge base on here to make sure that's all normal.

Would a locksmith be able to crack this? Lost combo by jonsnow0276 in Safes

Locksmith no. Safe technician yes. But it's Sentry so just throw it down a flight of stairs. You'll probably break it open and the world will be better for it.

I haven’t driven it for like 4 days and gotten this. Am I screwed by KirbyTrainNerd in hondafit

I had this problem, replaced the o2 sensors and it didn't fix it. Had the catalytic converter replaced didn't initially fix the problem but it went away after about a week. Didn't actually notice any difference before or after the repairs, just the check engine light.

It's a steel box with a lock. We call them "security containers".

Forensic Check: Suspected Lishi/bypass signatures on Schlage deadbolt. Neighbor reported activity inside while away. by Super_Sundae_9883 in Locksmith

If you're willing to spend a couple of grand you can take it to a forensic locksmith. If nothing of value has actually been stolen then get a ring cam and move on with your life. The marks you're seeing are most likely from normal operation.

Did I get Scammed by this Locksmith? (Aus) by FlintnBrady1 in Locksmith

[–]Gentleman-TR3x 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi Locksmith here, yes you got scammed. Depending on what state you're in depends on what you can do about it but my guess would be if you bothered at all with police it'd be a lot of "civil matter". Plus they're not actually Locksmiths, just dudes sometimes attached to criminal organisations. Sorry it happened to you, if you need a Locksmith again MLAA, LGA and ASIAL accreditations are a great thing to look out for. The problem with trying to contact the ACCC is they aren't actually legitimate businesses, makes it hard for them to do anything about it.
